- Punctuality is key: Please arrive 15 minutes early for your Penguin Encounter at the Acuario Inbursa entrance. La puntualidad es fundamental.

- Upon arrival, notify our staff that your ticket includes the Penguin Encounter Experience. They will guide you to the interaction area.
- Please present your Penguin Encounter ticket before entering the experience.
Restrictions
- Age: This activity is for guests ages 4 and up.
- Children (ages 4–11) may participate as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult. Guests 12 and older may join the Penguin Encounter independently.
- No electronic devices (phones, cameras, tablets) are allowed during the interaction.
- Capacity: Each session is limited to a maximum of 9 people. Secure your spot!

What should I know before my visit?
Take your photos!
You are welcome to take as many photos as you like at no extra cost, provided you do not use a flash. Please note that professional equipment such as tripods, external lenses, etc., is not permitted.
Get comfortable! Inside our wonderful Marine World, you will explore three underground levels and a ground floor. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes. Please remember that outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Keep it smooth! To ensure a smooth and pleasant journey for everyone, we recommend avoiding the use of strollers during the tour.
No Locker/Storage Service! We do not have lockers or a coat check on-site. We strongly recommend that you do not bring large bags or heavy backpacks.
What should I wear for the interaction?
We want your experience to be truly unique. For this reason, we will provide you with a special jacket during the interaction. Wearing it is mandatory due to the low temperatures in the area, ensuring you can enjoy the activity in total comfort.
